I ordered three weeks ago. I placed one order for over 333.00. For some reason my order was split up( I have no choice but to think this was done to enable them to rip off their customers). I ordered 11 items. They initially sent 7 so I emailed and after communicating via email -due to no phone number ( that's how you know they are con artists), then they shipped two more items. I have yet to receive my final two items from my originally ordered- 11 items! Support has stopped responding and now I'm forced to open a case with paypal to get money back or to contact an attorney. These items were for my wedding and honeymoon and I paid express shipping three weeks, ago. Oh did I forget to mention that I ordered from a website called urbaandress.com however forever she shows up on my bank statement. I will definitely be pursuing monetary compensation for my pain and suffering during this transaction both through my attorney and filing a case/complaint against both urbaandress.com and forever she with the BBB!
