I am very ill and my second SoClean machine is broke so far I have put in over 500.00 in the fist machine a replacement because it stopped working and now this happen I am on Chemotherapy for breast cancer and this is the 3rd bout. Do I get a human who cares on the phone no they just wanted to make me pay another 200.00 I do not believe these machines are built verylong.
