Unsatisfactory service from Safe Home Security

As I have not had any service since approx. 8/15/2020. I informed customer service that the key-pad has no power. It is totally blank. Customer service commented that they would make contact with repair and inform me as to when service would be scheduled or restored. This has not happened! Your company has ignored a letter from my lawyer to cancel my service. I told your company that I would not make any more payments until repaired or restored to service. I made a call to 800-833-**** and was transferred to billing for collections, I was sent to the voice mail in box and had to leave a message. I do not expect a reply from your company as it has not happened in the past!!!!!!! I am requesting that my service contract be terminated with a zero-balance due. User's recommendation: Don't subscribe to Safe Home Securities.
