Identity Fraud. Electronically signed Contract
After switching to Safe Home from Protection One in April 2020 and waiting until June to have funds deducted from my account, I contacted my installer in July to tell him I had seen no deductions. He researched and found that a previous more expensive account had been fraudulently set up in my name in December of 2019 by a person named Jonathan Outen. A police report and dozens of phone calls later I still have no resolutions. Im at my wits end! User's recommendation: Don’t Contract with Safe Home! They will not help you resolve issues.
