My wife bought in-game a pack of 66 cards at 2000(!) game currency cost at the game of Blizzard "Hearthstone". She didn't get the pack, but she sure did lose the 2000! I'm trying to send an email, call or anything for the past week+ and no option is available or working. I'm out of ideas They're making it literally impossible to reach a human being to deal with issues. referring me to forums that are just filled with other people's issues. My wife and I have played this game for YEARS and we purchase with real money as well. I don't think that's fair the way they treat their players and costumers!
