IT'S RUBBER NO, SMALL. DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. i THOUHGT THIS WOULD BE SOMETHING I COULD USE INSTEAD OF Q-TIPS. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PRODUCT. User's recommendation: i would NOT recommend this product. FALSE ADVERTISING, DECIEVING.
