My cable company Xfinity asked me to call Netgear to open up the porch to where I can have my surveillance camera online. The representative had a strong accent and it made it very difficult for me to understand him as well as he was talking fast. He was not patient at all with me and eventually he hung up the phone on me and never called back deliberately hung up the phone on me and never called back. User's recommendation: You guys need to get better English-speaking representatives it makes it very difficult for both sides it is very frustrating while trying to resolve your issue.
