My printer suddenly stopped getting information from the router.

All of a sudden, couple of days ago, my printer suddenly stopped working and couldn't be found. After a whole lot of wasted time blaming it on the printer, I checked the router, and the printer's MAC address was incorrect. Why all of a sudden it changed (?), I have no idea. I haven't done anything regarding the router. I am not tech smart, don't understand why the printer's address would change from a .6 to a .2, and don't know how to change it back. I just wanted to let you know that your lack of free customer support isn't working for me. Instead of paying you to straighten this out, I'm going to buy a more user friendly product or better customer service elsewhere. User's recommendation: Check the customer service policy and make sure you understand what it says.
