Update by user May 27, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I had to get the part from an outside source. Jacuzzi never contacted me.. Original review posted by user May 27, 2021 I have tried to call and been on hold for thirty minutes four times in the past week. I wish I had listen to the dealer and bought a different brand hottub. He said Jacuzzi was really pretty and innovative but down the road not very good on customer service. Five years later the dealer was spot on.
