Wrong Appliance and Unhelpful Customer Service

I asked for, and thought I had purchased a stove with a double door at the home show. I could have sworn that I I had ordered a specific model at the show. Regrettably I misplaced the invoice I received at the show prior to delivery. When I received delivery it was not the model I thought I had ordered. I refused delivery and called the salesperson to explain. Al that was offered to me was to exchange the range, subject to a 30% restocking fee (over $600). What a complete waste of $2000. I will not do business with TA appliances again. All see is disappointment whenever I see the appliance in my kitchen. Remember to triple check the model number on your invoice before signing, otherwise they will not care.
