Original review posted by user Jun 07, 2021 Hello: Our Vortex Mini Air Fryer suddenly stopped working. It does not turn ON when we plug it in, the screen stays blank. We would really appreciate it if you could please advise us how to get a replacement for it as it is not even one year since the date of purchase. We have uploaded an image of the back of the Air Fryer which contains information on serial number etc. Case #0121****: "Support Vortex Mini Air Fryer" has been created when I sent an email, but nothing has been done since then.
