Bad Dryer

My dryer has broke after only 3 months of purchasing it brand new. Trying to get anyone to help you is a lesson in futility. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The people answering the phones are rude and certainly not customer friendly or willing to help. User's recommendation: Do not buy...the product is crap.
