I am not very happy about that I still paid for two more monthly fees for my two accounts after I have requested to cancel.

I have requested to be cancelled since Pandemic, but they just freeze my account instead of cancel it. We even turned in our membership cards. So I went on Iclub to write an email during pandemic, making sure that my account will be cancelled when it is reopened. I just found out they didn't cancel my accounts and kept taking the money for two months since I already submitted the cancellation again in July 2021. I need to be refunded for at least for the month of August to September. I want my refunds User's recommendation: I think so for their health promotion.
