I order a case of cat food, a bone for my dog, 40# of cat litter, and a big container of fish food all in a big Chewy box with no packaging material inside, Guess which 1 did not make it? The fish food lid was broken into about 10 pieces and the seal was blown out and fish food covered everything! Chewy, FED-EX throughs those boxes, they don't care! People like me need your company toto just listen to us once in a while! User's recommendation: Chewy is a good company they just need to package better and choose a better delivery service!
