I can’t respond to requests to “Message Me”

Original review updated by user May 24, 2021 I'm new. Why can I not send a message? The box is covered with gray. Upon request will you verify that a person is real and not a bot? Your return note indicated I had not paid which is incorrect. I paid $134. May 17 and still have 462 credits. Maybe your belief that I'm not paid is causing my problem.
