I ordered some storage containers on 4/26/20 and the company took payment the same day. A month later, I have no containers and the order still shows as "Pending". Calls to customer service are not answered (I'm hung up on once I get through the automated system) and Emails are returned with a stock copy/paste response. Tried to cancel the order since they will not ship even though they have payment but got another stock copy/paste saying the order is processed so it cannot be cancelled...Order status still says Pending as of 5/26/20 User's recommendation: Do NOT order online, they will take your money and give you nothing.
