I've had many incidences that a Shopee Delivery Courier would ask more than what the due amount. I thought as a customer, one has to prepare the exact amount, but when the time of COD delivery comes, the Couriers would often say that I need to give them extra money for the delivery. This is very unprofessional and not right. A payment must be exact, not that they will have to charge me extra hidden fees for every COD delivery.
