Incompetent Customer Service and Supervisor Chat Support

Hello to whoever reads this - ORDER NUMBER: 210616FUFUB4R7 I just want to let you guys know that Shopee is my go to online store and have been purchasing stuff every time I get the chance to do so. I may not be purchasing expensive items but I believe that a customer should have been the equal standards of customer service regardless of the worth they are purchasing. All I want to know is where my package since there's no update since the 20th. This dog food is so important to me because there's a scarce with this supply and you can't introduce a new food to a 2 month old puppy. The reason I'm sending this email is because, I've tried your online support team and they failed me every time. I Ordered dog food for my 2 month old bulldog where I can't get any supply within Baguio area. So I decided to shop with you guys. I am frustrated because there's no update on the shipping since June 20th up to this date. I decided to contact your Chat Support BUT all your agents keep telling me that they created case IDs, forwarded to another team, and wait 72 hours for a resolution. I patiently waited for the first 72 hour time frame. Mind you, I did not hear from anybody. I decided to chat them again. Got the same cycle. They took my email address, gave so much assurance that I'll get an update in 72 hours; Created another case ID and asked me to wait another 72 hours. Guess what? Nobody updated me. I, then requested for a supervisor (Paul) who I trusted. He promised to update me himself (and yep, you got it. I NEVER received an update from him too) Is this how you treat customers? Reassure them every time and get disappointed each time too with not a single follow through? Customer service should not only be good with words but should also know how to follow through and follow up. Hence, I expected more from the supervisor.
