Order placed a month ago and never delivered

I placed Double Infinity Necklace 1/10 ct tw Diamonds Sterling Silver in Feb 11, 2020 on kay.com and I received the email for store pick up in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, I received another email saying that it was sent to a wrong store and they will fix it. I called customer service and they apologized for the error and gave me a confirmation that I can receive it in a week. It never happend and I called customer service again. I was told that I will be getting a refund and I should go online and place a new order with new price. I think kay.com customer service need to be trained to handle things. I will never buy any item from here. User's recommendation: Never buy from kay.com.
