Can’t recover my account.

I was in the hospital for 3 months and couldn't remember my password, tried the recovery steps. NOTHING.. Chatted with a service representative who Tried to help. Then I got 3 different times: The information that you provided was not able to be verified. So I made a wholeness account, however The system won't allow me INTO MY OWN LAPTOP. I am BEYOND PISSED.Pay Close Attentio User's recommendation: Pay close attention.
