Dear Sir, Madam: Since January of this year, every two days Microsoft attempts and fails to download updates onto my laptop computer (Windows 8.1 OS). I have looked everywhere online for a solution, including your own website, and nothing has solved these recurring issues. Please, I need help to resolve this issue.
