Had online chat with rep. We decided to do a system copy, but at the end computer would not restart and I lost contact with rep, On another call to MS store it was suggested the problem was with hardware and I should contact mfr. Mfr tech tried but was unable to fix, said hard drive was corrupted. Now researching computers User's recommendation: Try contacting MS store.
