I had complaint but didn’t respons

I had order on 8 july zaveri pearls two jhumka from myntra but I received only one of them . I had complaint against this order on 15 july but didn't get response.so please my humble request to you that as fast as you can solve my issue for my order. Thanks From janki prasad
