I rented a vehicle for 6 hours made one stop 45 min within my trip and the battery was dead. I waited 2 hrs for Getaround to locate the car and to get a tow and was told I was responsible for the $193 tow truck fee. I was told by a manager that it will be covered by Getaround but I was still charge. I emailed them about the matter and still waiting to talk to someone from their team. 2 weeks...
