No service for three weeks

This is my email to their customer service email: Good Afternoon, As of today, I would like to discontinue my residential services with American Disposal. There have been several times my garbage was missed weekly. As of recently, my garbage service was missed THREE WEEKS in a row. I understand that staff may be short, due to Covid. But as a paying customer, three weeks of no trash service is simply unacceptable. When I called customer service on July 16, 2021, I spoke to Elizabeth who stated she would credit my account $14.00 for the inconvenience. When I receive my final bill, please make sure the credit of $14.00 is applied towards the balance. Thank you. User's recommendation: Proceed at your own risk.
