To Warn off Others
1
Last two times I noticed that my prices were adjusted at 2 to 3 times what the store labels indicate. Shipt says they only mark-up 10% to 15 % but that is false. Anything that needs to be weighed, or substitutions never come back at the store price. They are manually entered. That is how they Rip you off. Another example, I ordered 2 pounds of jalapenos for 6.58. Shipt delivered exactly 2 jalapenos for $3.29 each. My app said LBS, the shoppers App said Each. Shipt told the shopper that she could not change from Each to LBS and that the $3.29 Each price was correct. Lies. If you have to use Shipt, buyer Beware. Don't buy anything that's tagged in lbs, ozs. ea, etc or else you will be gouged. Also don't allow substitutions as that leaves them open to steal even more. I paid $9 for 24 Chinet plates that were added late via text message to the shopper. That is $38 cents for one paper plate. Its disgusting how they take advantage of at risk people during the Covid pandemic. User's recommendation: Beware of substitutions and items that have to be counted or weighed.
