I visited your store at Retford with my mother on Saturday 20th March in the morning. After shopping we loaded our shopping into the boot of the car and my mother took the small trolley back to the trolley park, but unfortunately she left her walking stick in it. It is a folding stick, it is black with small multi-coloured flowers on it. It was 11.59am when we checked out, I hope that helps with you trying to find it. I hope some-one handed it in. It was only yesterday that she realised that she didnt have it, so I tried to telephone you but without success - it is very difficult to reach you! There is a Retford phone number on the receipt but I could not get through on that number!
