My Morrison's grocery delivery had a burst carton of grape juice in one of the bags caused by large heavy tins having been packed on top of the carton and another carton of grape juice that I had ordered was substituted with a cheaper juice but the more expensive juice charged for. Whilst I was putting away the delivery and unaware of the burst carton, the juice had leaked on my passage and kitchen floors which both needed to be cleaned and all other goods in that particular carrier bag had to be wiped down before they could be put away. My initial complaint was mistakenly sent to the wrong Morrison's Customer Services Section but that section failed to forward it to the right section and no reply was received from Morrison's who also failed to reply to Pissed Consumer sending them my complaint. It was only after my forwarding my complaint to the correct Customer Services Section that my complaint was dealt with by them asking me to send a photograph so they could look into the matter. Unfortunately, my not knowing how to attach a photograph to an email, I had to ask my gardener to do it for me, thus taking up both of our times and me paying my gardener for doing that task instead of gardening. Only after receiving the photographs (two were sent) did I receive a refund for the damaged and overcharged items and Morrison's putting 5000 More points on my account which have a £5 value although I feel that £5 off a future order was derisory for the work that had been caused.
