Firstly I must applaud you on your inclusion on the Too Good to go scheme. Its a brilliant idea. Ive had a few magic bags from different retailers & yours are always the best. However, I rescued a bag from Spring Road in Ipswich this evening. Upon arrival I was told by the staff that they were unaware of the scheme. The manager had gone home & come back tomorrow. I know that you dont run the scheme but ultimately it is your staff that are the forefront with customers. I have reported this to Too Good & await their response.
