Me and my wife both have accounts and always send our payments together. Our payments our always via mail. Our usps tracking shows it got to you guys Friday the day before the payments were due. We never had an issue but now that's over $250 in money orders your holding and charging us $29 for late fees how? I'm really considering closing our accounts we don't get our monthly statements never. It's always something with first progress. So my question is we know you received our payments before the due dates wheres our money and are you really going to steal our money? User's recommendation: Don't use this card or company Seriously!!!!
