Senior Citizen Very Poor Assistance

My Father is a 79 yrs old senior citizen who wants to renew his passport.He had his passport since 1980's so I let hin do the renew but DFA Alimall personnels are so disrespectful and give him very poor assistance by letting being strict to requirements to get birthcertificates,amendments go to notary public and the lattest they even printed wrong name in passport then DFA Alimall wants him to pay another 905 pesos so they will change the wrong printed name that is supposedly a mistake from DFA personnel. They must consider that this is a repeated renewal of a senior citizen and they make my father go back repeatedly to their office..Kindly Please help to review DFA personnel in Alimall Cubao way of attending clients specially for senior citizen.Thank you
