cofirmation#848****/date 4-30-2**** pick-up time;6:05am, pickup was late:6:25 am, my home is about 25 minutes to Tampa international airport,driver went for the next pick-up away from the airport by 20 min ,them continue for 30 minutes further away from the airport,total of 50 plus minutes by the time we got to the destination,the plane was boarding,and I made it by 10 minutes,to close !!!!!!.A 25 minutes ride became almost two hours.this is not acceptable.I Request a full refund,for this ride.
