Returning the cost of the shuttle ride when it was not there when I arrived at the San Diego airport at 11:30pm.
My flight came in on 11:30pm Thursday May16, but my luggage was not on the carrosel. I was told to go to the American office and it would be there. By this time it was after 12:00pm, there was no shuttle there. An airport employee stayed with me and helped me call Super Shuttle, and was informed all shuttles were not available. I then called an Uber.I am now reviewing my charges from Super Shuttle . I was charged $58.29 (May 16), $105.40 (May 17). Credits$58.29(May 17) and$49.70 (May 18). Clearly I have been overcharged.
