My flight canceled from the company

Hi so I already booked flight and I surprised that the company is canceled the flight and I receive an email to upgrade for the departure but I did not get the email for the arrival that confirm the date because I contact with the company of the flight and they mention I need to contact worth that the place which I book from your website so I would like to know how to get the arrival ticket flight or what will happen as you know in the situations people need to know everything about their tickets to be in safe side my booking ID is 178219**** so please I would like what should I do in this situation
