My order, will not allow me to log in

I am very concerned, not only have I not received my order from almost a month ago. Now your system will not accept my log in. I ordered 17 items and only 6 are showing. I have not received the proper credit back. I feel like I've been tricked by your company and you basically just made $142. off of me and I made a huge mistake ordering your products. Please contact me ASAP to discuss my account and order. Thank you.
