Lost a phone in ball pit( which is stupid I know) tried to look for it immediately and was told I needed to exit ball pit. They took my number and said they would call once they cleaned the ball pit. I waited 24 hours and called to check. The girl said I was misinformed and that they only clean the ball pits every 4-5 months at most! And if they find it then, they will give me a call. No option to come look myself or anything. I can not get an answer again and I have left several messages. There is no customer service number or corporate number. Just options for parties and hours and stuff.
