Being charged for something I know I didn’t sign up for

Not only have I not received the item I paid for but I'm being charged $60 for something I specifically unchecked the box for, making double sure before proceeding that I had not given permission for anything but the single item. Now they are blatantly trying to steal money from me and no help in site. User's recommendation: Stay away.
