Concerning my credit amount

I had a credit and would like to inquire about it. I had planned a trip back in 2019. And was unable to go so there for I had a 750 dollars credit to take a trip the following year. The pandemic had come, and I was unable to use it. I have been trying to call cant get through to speak to someone. I would like my money back.
