Have been using your copper coated steel non-stick pans for many years. The non-stick claim is false since it's very difficult to clean after cooking eggs, pasta or noodles. It's time-consuming and very frustrating. In order to increase the coating life, have never placed the cooking pans in the dishwasher. We're very happy with non-stick pans from other companies. User's recommendation: Never ever purchase Gotham Steel non-stick cooking pans.
