Non-Answer to my Email re: WrisTech Blood Pressure Monitor
Over 2 weeks ago I sent you an email re: Subject. I have not even received the courtesy of a response. This unit: Item # CEN7423CS with a UPS Code of: 17874 0**** and a SKU # of 67212 and the following additional #'s on the bottom of box: 364** ****** The monitor does not function properly. It is less than 2 months old and the BP always registers as 16.9 and 89.3 or similar #'s. My wife and I have both attempted to get a reading and have been unable to. To my knowledge there is no reason for a dot being between the readings and of course the readings are in the stratosphere. The Unit was purchased at Harbor Freight in Colorado Springs, CO Would you please provide us some answers. We even put a new placed 2 new Duracel batteries without success. Thank You User's recommendation: Purchase 2 AAA batteries and check unit before leaving store.
