OnBoarding isue

Hi, U have written some emails to you about some onboarding issues. I can get through 2 of the 4 forms but will not bring up the rest of the forms. I became an affiliate last Wednesday and I'm still having a real problem. Please help me figure this out. I would like to continue to build my stream as an affiliate but impossible when I can't get through Onboarding issues. If the forms have to completely reset by Twitch, I have no issue with that as long as I am able to get through all the paperwork without the same issue Thank You So Much For All Your Help Rachel Derrick AmazingHalo13
