Can log in but can’t change my number do to i can’t get pass the fa2 code cause I don’t have the old number and can’t get the code I need

I try to log in it's asking to send a code to a number I no longer own. Can't get in the app I been waiting on customer support for 4 to 5 months now to fix that problem. That never been fixed plus I have people following me and I can't follow them back to they fix my problem. User's recommendation: They need a phone line not a bad company but can improve the way they take care of there customers and viewers im still waiting to be help with the same problems for 4 to 5 months now.
