Got charged more than once for 1 two month subscription

I paid for a subscription for 2 months which is the $9.99 one and after tax its $10.81, yet I checked my bank account and it charged $10.81 twice, but besides that mistake it only shows that my subscription ends on august and its currently july. So that doesnt make any sense either if it charged me twice which equals to 4 months. AND IT DOESN'T LET ME ACCESS MY ACCOUNT NOR CHANGE MY PASSWORD AFTER ALL OF THAT TROUBLE.
