Charged, no product

DO I ordered three pairs of gekks on 5/7 and my card was charged. On 5/10 I got an email from them apologizing for delays in shipping. On 5/13 I got another email from them wanting to make it up to me by giving me a promo code to order more. It is now 5/31. No shipping confirmation or information. No response to various emails. And spent $50 on a nonexistent order. SCAM! User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY.
