Shark Vacuum failed after three months

My wife uses vacuum cleaner appropriately as she keeps a neat home. The bottom portion where rollers are located stopped working, after just over three months of ownership. I can't believe a basic return or replacement policy isn't in place for customer satisfaction. I can understand that a vacuum repair store isn't able to get parts to fix it however I now have to pay for shipping to replace the defective part. There's also no warranty on the replacement part. We will never buy anything from this company again Also, there's Also Also, there's no User's recommendation: Buyer Beware.
