Four visits not added

I have submitted four visits via email (i have my sent receipts) and none were added. When I sent complaints, no one responded. Im ready to take my complaints to the better business bureau. This is after at least 3 bills over $85. No. Outrageous. BigUnz31@***.com User's recommendation: DO NOT JOIN OR GO TO These Places to Eat.
