Can’t Access Account after multiple requests

I have not been able to log into my account since it was made. I have attempted multiple times to get this resolved, but the helpdesk keeps pointing me to the "reset password" button on their loggin screen, which does not work. User's recommendation: Dine rewards only good for dine-in (where you can provide a phone number to your server), not take out!
