Jandy heater under warranty through A Quality Pools out of DFW, TX has required 10 repairs at least

I didn't buy this brand new pool and jacuzzi heater with 40,000 BTU's of energy to have it break constantly. I want the whole thing replaced and a new warranty on the replaced equipment. I want someone to contact me at xxx-xxx-xxxx (if no answer, leave a message at xxx-xxx-xxxx where I can return the call to a real human who can solve this problem to my satisfaction.) Legitimate companies have a lemon rule where if the thing in question breaks 3 times within warranty, they'll replace the equipment. This is what I deserve. I want a call!!!! User's recommendation: Not A Quality's fault; Jandy needs to stand behind the equipment.
