I purchased an electric fence controller from a tractor supply co. On the box it says to register at americanfarmworks.com. There is no place to register your product at that website. I called costumer service and was forwarded 5 times for 43 minutes and never was connected to anyone that knew how to register a product. Finally, I called customer service for the manufacturer. They said that the product could only have a one-year warranty. The box clearly states on the box that you could register for a 3-year warranty. User's recommendation: If you buy, you will not have any warranty.
