Lexus refuses to give me copy of EDR for my Lexus NX 300 accident

My 2019 Lexus NX accelerated out of control and was a total loss. I gave Lexus permission to EDR. They were supposed to give me a copy of the inspection report. However, I have not received it. Their response to me was that the report showed that I was travelling at 25 miles an hour before the crash. I said the car accelerated so fast that I didn't have time to apply the brakes. I want to know why the car accelerated so quickly because I did not press the accelerator.. I steered toward a tree to avoid main street traffic. User's recommendation: Be very careful. This can happen on any Toyota or Lexus product. They have not solved the problem that has existed for sometime with their automobiles.
